Ives (Ting-Yi) Liao
Founder & CEO, ChatAt
Ives brings over 9 years of experience in app and software business development, specializing in B2C monetization and growth strategies. Before founding ChatAt, he served as Director at Perfect Corp. (NYSE: PERF), where he led monetization for multiple apps with a combined total of over 1 billion installs, managing a team of 10+ members across all monetization functions.
Prior to Perfect Corp., Ives spent over 3 years at CyberLink, progressing from Technical Support Engineer to Senior Specialist in International Channel Sales, handling global channel strategies across Europe and Asia-Pacific markets.
Armed with a deep understanding of user acquisition, data-driven decision-making, and subscription monetization, Ives founded ChatAt with the vision of making powerful AI tools accessible to everyone — combining his expertise in growth with a passion for AI innovation.
